I've found the best thing ...Trolls are so annoying. I've found the best thing to do is simply ignore them. They thrive off of any kind of contact. They don't care if you like them, they just care that you notice them. I used to ban trolls from my site via IP address, but they just come back on a different computer madder than they were before. So now I just delete their comments and pretend they don't exist, which seems to piss them off the most.
